We virtually met Ms Fiona Lyndley , a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Pre & Perinatal Somatic Psychologist - a bit of a tongue-twister, as Donna quickly found out, but Fiona's heartfelt explanation of what Craniosacral Therapy is all about is an eye-opener to the possibilities that lie within alternative therapies.
Fiona has been studying and working in the natural medicine field for 25 years. Her desire is to facilitate open communication that is free from fear, after her own wake-up call that occurred during a three year period of physical disability.
