Dalia Cefai Aboulezz is a registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Childhood Nutrition Expert and the creator of Nourishing Smarter Kids.
She's on a mission to help and empower health-conscious parents to feed their kids right so that they grow to have better learning, mood, behaviour, sports performance and ultimately build a positive relationship with food, for life!
She's also a wife and mum to 3 little munchkins who test all my patience, creativity, cooking skills and parenting! She used to struggle with trying to feed different taste buds, intolerances and preferences of my family, while making sure to feed them nutritious healthy food for their development. So when she realised that her formal education could not address all of my concerns, she ventured out and dived into learning, researching and teaching all about child and brain development as well as food allergies and intolerances. And when her kids started participating in sports, she wanted to help them address this phase as well, and that's when she further got certified as a sport and exercise nutritionist.
She believes that every child has the innate capability to reach his or her full potential when given the right nurturing and nature to thrive. She strives to bring awareness and education from all her years of expertise and know-how so that you can implement them right away, without having to waste time looking for the answers yourselves.
Fees:
Online Picky Eating Initial Consultations (for new clients, 1hr 15 mins) - €85
Follow-up Picky Eating Session (for clients who have previously booked the Picky Eating Initial Consultation, 45 mins) - €55
Online Picky Eating Troubleshooting Session (ONLY for clients who have followed our 'Feeding the Picky Eater' course, 20 mins) - €45

- Click on the booking tab on the right and choose an appointment that suits you. An email with the details of your booked service (including the Google Meet link in the case of online consultations) will be sent.
- You will be taken to CHECKOUT PAGE where you can settle the fee securely via Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. An email will be sent confirming payment. We will send you email/SMS reminders prior to your appointment.
- When it's time for your online consultation, click on the Google Meet link to start the meeting.
