ABOUT THE ARTIST
Olha Pankiv
Olha Pankiv (Ukraine, 1991) has been interested in drawing and illustrating since her childhood. Olya grew up in Ukraine and studied Graphic Art and Illustration at Ukrainian Academy of Printing. After graduating she moved to London to expand her career as an artist. In 2020 she wrote and illustrated her first fairy tale. Currently, Olya lives on Malta, where she teaches and art in her own art studio “Malta Art Events” and also works as a freelance artist and illustrator. Olya's illustrations add life to fairy tales and children's stories and at the currently moment she has illustrated near to 30 different projects for kids. Also Olya's paintings are exhibited in private and public exhibits.

My Dad
This illustration inspired by my childhood memories.
This feelings when you randomly fell asleep in the living room and your dad carrying you on his hands to your own bed. And you keep pretending that you’re still sleeping even if you already not. And you feel yourself most lucky and most protected child in the world.
