What role do YOU play in your children's emotional development and mental wellbeing?
To what extent do your actions influence your child now, and in the long term? How do you know if they need support, and where can you access help?
Understanding and supporting your child's mental health is JUST AS IMPORTANT as knowing how to respond to physical emergencies.
As a parent, you are uniquely positioned to notice early signs of mental health challenges and provide vital initial support during critical moments in your child's development. Designed and delivered in collaboration with Richmond Foundation, Supporting Your Child's Mental Health is a course that helps you understand and safeguard your child's emotional and mental wellbeing.
