Supporting Your Child's Mental Health has been designed in collaboration with the expert team at Richmond Foundation, and is an ACCESSIBLE AND PRACTICAL GUIDE for all parents and caregivers, requiring no previous mental health training or knowledge.

Why should you attend?

While many parenting courses focus primarily on physical milestones and safety, your child's emotional and mental development are equally vital components of their overall wellbeing.

Just as you would prepare for physical emergencies or learn about proper nutrition, understanding mental health is an essential part of your parenting toolkit.

This course bridges a crucial gap in parental education by:

  • Helping you understand how physical, emotional and mental development intertwine at each stage of childhood
  • Equipping you with tools to support both your child's mental resilience and emotional intelligence
  • Teaching you to recognise  signs of mental health concerns
  • Empowering you to create an environment that nurtures both physical and mental wellbeing

This course is recommended for expectant parents and parents and caregivers of children aged 0-18.

Our comprehensive program is delivered as one intensive class-based session.
